After the successful completion of the program, it is planned that the graduates will undergo training at the “Uzbek-Qatar Vocational Skills Center” organized in the Namangan region. Graduates of this center, which will subsequently begin operations in Namangan, will receive internationally recognized certificates and have the opportunity to work in the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and other countries.

This initiative fully corresponds to the priority tasks defined in the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 23, 2025 No. RP-316 “On Measures for the Implementation of Reforms in the System of Vocational Education”. In particular, the directions of improving the quality of vocational education, training personnel in accordance with international standards, and expanding opportunities for young people to enter the global labor market are being implemented through this project.
