A Memorandum of Understanding was signed with the Institute of Macroeconomic and Regional Studies

On April 5th, Mirshohid Aslanov, the head of the Center for Progressive Reforms, met with Umid Abidkhadjayev, the director of the Institute of Macroeconomic and Regional Studies under the Cabinet of Ministers. The meeting focused on exchanging experiences, conducting scientific research in various spheres of the economy, and exploring directions for mutually beneficial cooperation.

The memorandum included a review of the status of current joint projects' implementation, organization of planned seminars and conferences, and conducting research and studies. This includes the development of a rating system for the comprehensive development of regions. At the end of the negotiations, the heads of the center and institute signed a memorandum of understanding.

As per the memorandum, the parties have agreed to publish scientific publications and organize mutually beneficial joint events with the participation of experts. These events include seminars, symposia, scientific-practical conferences, targeted discussions, roundtables, conferences, and practical training. Additionally, the parties will hold meetings in various other formats.
