Umrbek Yusupov is a specialist in international relations, systems analysis, and infrastructure planning and development. He holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, and master's degrees from the Higher School for Strategic Analyses and Prognosis of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the University of Seoul’s International School of Urban Sciences.

Throughout his career, Umrbek has gained extensive experience in diplomacy, international trade, investment management, and infrastructure project development. He has held key positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, served at the country’s Embassy in France, and held leadership roles at the Tashkent City Department of Investment and Foreign Trade. He has also worked in senior roles in the private sector, including at "Zamin Rivoj" LLC and the “Mirzo Ulugbek Business City” Directorate.

His expertise includes the development of investment projects, regional industrial growth, the construction materials sector, and geological initiatives, with a strong track record in practical project management.
