A media and communications leader with expertise in mass media, digital broadcasting, international development, and public engagement. With over 20 years of experience, he has worked across television, radio, and global programs, blending creative vision with strategic leadership.

He served as Director of TV and Radio channels within Uzbekistan’s National TV and Radio Company, the country’s largest media broadcaster, and later worked as Senior Program Officer at American Councils Uzbekistan, where he managed U.S. Government–funded programs and built partnerships with ministries, government agencies, businesses, and international institutions.

As Chief Media Officer at the Center for Progressive Reforms, Mr. Tuychiev leads the organization’s media strategy, communications, and public engagement efforts. His career reflects a strong commitment to innovation, cross-cultural dialogue, and showcasing Uzbekistan’s potential on the international stage.
