Biography

A senior policy strategist with extensive experience in government, public administration, and large-scale enterprise management in Uzbekistan. Recognized for leadership in strategic analysis, regional development, and national security, with a proven track record of shaping policies that support sustainable progress and institutional resilience.

Former Head of the Center at the Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where he directed research and policy recommendations on national and regional priorities. Served as Chief of the Department at the National Agency of Perspective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Head of Sector in the Presidential Administration. Additionally, he held the role of Chief Specialist at the Project Office of the Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company, contributing to the modernization of key industrial sectors.

Currently, focused on coordinating the preparation of strategic documents and delivering practical recommendations to support decision-making at the highest levels of government. Expertise includes regional development, security studies, and systems analysis, with an emphasis on evidence-based approaches to sustainable state and societal progress.
