
Jaloliddin Djamalov has nine years of experience implementing digital technologies in state agencies, business associations, and the private sector. He has improved their IT infrastructure, information security, and communication networks.
Additionally, he is a highly skilled expert in creating mobile applications, websites, web platforms, system automation, and other software products. During his career, he led projects to develop numerous web applications. Notably, he created kiber.uz, a portal for exchanging financial documents for commercial purposes, as well as the Center for Progressive Reforms, the Business Ombudsman, and various other websites for state and non-state organizations.
Before joining the Center for Progressive Reforms, J. Djamalov oversaw the functioning of computer networks and guaranteed information security, while also providing communication services and maintaining communication lines for the General Prosecutor's Office, Cabinet of Ministers, and Business Ombudsman.
Currently, Jaloliddin is responsible for designing and developing modern software solutions at the Center for Progressive Reforms, aimed at improving information technology infrastructure, ensuring information and cybersecurity, automating processes, and implementing effective communication and cybersecurity policies.
Jaloliddin graduated from Tashkent University of Information Technologies in 2014 and from the Strategic Analysis Department of the Institute for Studying Youth Problems and Training Prospective Personnel under the Presidential Academy of Public Administration in 2018. He studied at a special intensive training course titled "Leaders of the Future" in 2022.
To enhance his knowledge and skills, Jaloliddin completed the DEVOPS course offered by ITEA international training company. The program covered an extensive range of programming languages, including Python, Go, and Postgres, as well as Linux on DevOps, GitHub, Ansible, Docker, AWS, Google Cloud, Gitlab actions, Jenkins, Terraform, VMware, Virtualbox, ESXI, and Kerio Connect & Control software. Additionally, he mastered FreeBPX and Asterix programs.
