Co-Founder and CEO of the Center for Progressive Reforms (CPR), dedicated to addressing Uzbekistan's challenges through innovative and sustainable solutions, with an emphasis on fostering global partnerships. Driven by a commitment to ethical, long-lasting progress, balancing visionary goals with practical, actionable solutions.

Expert in evidence-based policy design, coalition-building, and managing large-scale projects. Former Chief Consultant to the President’s Administration, where I played a leading role in national reforms, working closely with government entities, civil society, and international partners. Diplomatic service includes Uzbekistan's missions to the EU and Pakistan and positions within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
