He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy and an advanced master’s degree in International Economics from the Geneva Graduate Institute.
With over five years of experience, Odil has held key roles at Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Economy. As a Senior Economist in the State External and Internal Debt Department, he specialized in public debt management and debt sustainability for developing economies. Under the mentorship of Professor Ugo Panizza, his research analyzed the impact of WTO membership on fiscal revenues across income levels using advanced econometric methods.
