Bekzod Zakirov is an expert in public policy, law, and political economy, with extensive experience in academic research, education management, and state asset analysis.

He holds a PhD from The University of Tokyo and has conducted research at George Washington University and Westminster University (London), focusing on governance, economic policy, and institutional reforms. Over the years, he has been actively involved in higher education, shaping academic programs and research agendas.

Bekzod has led key educational initiatives as Vice President of Japan Digital University and Oxus University, where he played a central role in curriculum development, education policy, and institutional management. His leadership has contributed to advancing educational standards and fostering international partnerships.

Currently, he serves as the Head of the Center for Policy Research and Analysis (CPRO) at Westminster International University in Tashkent, where he oversees strategic research, policy analysis, and international collaborations to address critical socio-economic challenges.
