A CSR and ESG expert with extensive experience in analyzing, developing, and implementing CSR/ESG strategies. A SA8000-trained auditor, she has strong expertise in sustainability reporting standards, including the UN Global Compact, GRI, and ISO 26000, as well as international social and environmental standards such as SA8000, BSCI, BEPI, SEDEX/SMETA, and BCI.

Malika has worked as a consultant for GIZ, EBRD, and USAID in Uzbekistan and served as a social auditor and decent work lead assessor for Impactt London and BCI. As the sole service provider for Amfori in Central Asia, she has contributed to projects with GIZ, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and UNDP. With nine years of experience delivering training on international standards, entrepreneurship, CSR, and sustainable development, Malika has also published articles and interviews on CSR, social issues, the environment, and innovation for media in Uzbekistan.
