Kodir Kuliev is an anti-corruption expert with over a decade of experience in the private sector, international organizations, and NGOs. He has worked with UNESCO, the Council of Europe, OSCE/ODIHR, and IACA, contributing to global anti-corruption efforts.
He serves as an Advisory Board Member at the Institute of Chartered Compliance Professionals (ICCP) and its Central Asia Representative. As Uzbekistan’s only alumnus of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA) in Austria, he has conducted research and training on corruption in higher education and youth engagement.
Kodir has held roles as National Consultant for the Council of Europe and Arbitrator at the Union of International Arbitration Courts of Uzbekistan. Currently, he is an Adjunct Professor at Webster University in Tashkent and runs an anti-corruption Telegram channel to raise public awareness. With expertise in governance, law, and policy, he remains a strong advocate for transparency and integrity.
