Previously, she served as a Lead Specialist at Uzbekistan’s Investment Promotion Agency, advancing digitalization and investment strategies. Her research experience includes analyzing data on oil, Islam, and gender equality in Central Asia at Leiden University. Proficient in Python, R, and ArcGIS, Khidoyatova actively contributes to climate-related initiatives and national development projects.
