Biography

An expert in climate change management, finance, and economic development, holding an MSc from Imperial College London and a Bachelor's in Governance, Economics, and Development from Leiden University College. She has extensive experience in environmental economics, behavioral economics, and financial planning, with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation. 

Khidoyatova has worked as an external consultant at Hamerkop Climate Impacts in London, where she explored carbon certification and carbon dioxide removal (CDR) technologies. Previously, she served as a Lead Specialist at Uzbekistan’s Investment Promotion Agency, advancing digitalization and investment strategies. Her research experience includes analyzing data on oil, Islam, and gender equality in Central Asia at Leiden University. Proficient in Python, R, and ArcGIS, Khidoyatova actively contributes to climate-related initiatives and national development projects.
