Biography

Kamola Alieva is a legal expert and gender equality advocate, currently serving as an Acting Associate Professor at Tashkent State University of Law (TSUL). She holds a PhD in Law, specializing in gender equality, and has worked as a national consultant for USAID, UNDP, and UN Women, contributing to policy development and legal reforms.

Kamola has played a key role in implementing gender equality strategies at the national level, conducting training sessions for judges, law students, journalists, and NGOs. She has also published extensively on gender rights, domestic violence prevention, and legal frameworks for inclusion. At TSUL, she coordinates student volunteer initiatives focused on gender issues.

Recognized as one of Uzbekistan’s top 40 opinion leaders, Kamola remains committed to advancing policies that promote women's rights, legal protections, and inclusive development.
